My 1 night in Naples were very comfortable. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere. I really enjoyed a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the airy and neat room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bidet. The staff were amicable, the location was magnificent and incredible. The hotel was minutes from the heart of the Naples.

Located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions and the opera. the room is clean and comfortable with basic amenities such as tea/coffee service. Some rooms have beautiful views of the historic building. the host was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at a unique and special location. The view from my room was exceptional, and I loved having a balcony and a kitchenette. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool even during the hot summer days. The reception staff and day porter were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for local restaurants and attractions. Despite the noise from the gallery during football matches, the windows provided good isolation during the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a one-night stay in the centre of Naples.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me great restaurant recommendations. Lastly, the room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette. It felt like a mini apartment! I couldn't have asked for a better value for money experience.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions and restaurants nearby. The check-in process was hassle-free, with clear instructions and no need to meet any staff members. The room was well-equipped with a fridge containing water, tea/coffee making facilities, functional air conditioning, and WiFi. The building was secure and the room had a beautiful view from the window or balcony.

We experienced some discomfort during our stay, as the hot water seemed to run out quickly and the shower wasn't working reliably. the walls were thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to disturb our sleep.

Loved the location - right smack in the middle of town! the view from the balcony is amazing, especially during daytime. the rooms are spacious and clean, with good air conditioning. What impressed us most was the friendly receptionist who greeted us upon arrival. He was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and see in the city. Plus, there were even complementary refreshments provided in the kitchenette.

It was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the loud noise from outside, especially during football matches. the bathroom had a persistent odor that became unbearable over time.

The location of this hotel was incredible! It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore all that the area had to offer. the owner of the hotel was very kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, even purchasing an electrical heater for our room when we mentioned we were cold. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience.

there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom from time to time, which was a bit unpleasant. the hotel was located in a noisy area, especially during football matches at night.
